Parade Update

The Lindsay Santa Claus Parade Committee and Baker Tilly KDN LLP have been diligently working on a plan for this year’s parade that will adhere to all local health unit guidelines. After speaking with Santa, he has decided to replace the parade with a physically distanced Santa Road Trip throughout the town of Lindsay on Sunday, November 22, 2020. Due to limits on gatherings and the need for physical distancing, this year’s road trip will include only Santa and his reindeer coming to a street near you.

Spectators are welcome to catch a glimpse of Santa at any point along his route while following the local health unit's recommendation to maintain physical distancing and wear a mask.

To do our part in limiting the spread of COVID-19, we recommend spectators mail their letters to Santa directly and drop off any food or toy donations directly to the Food Source and Kinsmen Toy Drive respectively.

We wish everyone good health during these trying times and we look forward to seeing you all, from a distance, very soon!

Unfortunately due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we have had to revise our plans and will not be needing any volunteers for 2020. We are so thankful for our past volunteers and hope to be able to have volunteers back in the future. If you need any additional information please contact us at:
